Portraits Now is a simple system that allows buyers to see images before they buy and choose from a variety of customizable packages. Subjects will receive a link to view their images automatically in minutes and receive an ongoing marketing campaign long after the photoshoot. Plus, say goodbye to the hassles of on-site printing!

Recommended Workflow
Workflows are methods of collecting data and pairing images to subjects.
Type & Take and Scanner ID are the recommended Workflows for Portraits Now.
Data Collection
You’ll enter each subjects’ contact information before photographing them. Subsequent photos are paired to the most recently entered contact info.
Upload Images
Photos and data are uploaded to CCS in real time. Once the session is finished, so is the work required of the photographer.
Marketing
After the session, a link will be sent to subjects that directs to a personalized gallery of their images. From there they can purchase downloads and physical photo products right from their phone!
Alternatively, the Name Lookup Workflow could be used.
